(NEXSTAR) -- Even 6,000 miles away from Super Bowl LX, American Olympic athletes are tuned in to who will win the big game. While over 200 American athletes go for gold at the 2026 Italy Winter Olympics, back home, the New England Patriots and Seattle Seahawks will be facing off in Super Bowl LX on Sunday, February 8. Picks are split amongst the Olympians. For cross-country skier Ben Ogden, being from Vermont has him rooting for the Patriots, though some of his teammates are not joining him. "Everybody doubted it was possible, but it's pretty sweet. I'm fired up!" Ogden said. "I'm going Seahawks," Zanden McMullen said. "The Patriots can kick rocks." In Italy, the Super Bowl will kick off after midnight local time, so athletes have said they don't plan to watch and will tune in the following morning for the score. On the women's speed skating team, this Super Bowl matchup has an in-house rivalry between Corinne Stoddard, of Seattle, Washington, and Julie Letai, of Medford, Massachusetts. "Seahawks are going to win. I don't have any doubt in my mind on that one," Stoddard said. "We've proved it all year, so good luck, Patriots." "Thank you, Corri, but I don't think we're in need of luck," Letai said. "You don't have to worry about the Patriots when you're going into a Super Bowl. We know how to win, we've proved that time and time again."
