(NEXSTAR) - With the 90th Masters Tournament just a month away, it can be easy to forget just what a historical win Rory McIlroy had at last year's Masters at Augusta National Golf Club. McIlroy's win earned him not only a green jacket but also the coveted Career Grand Slam, making him only the sixth golfer ever to complete the accomplishment. The Career Grand Slam is winning all four major championships in professional golf: The Masters, The PGA Championship, The U.S. Open, and The Open Championship. The Masters had eluded McIlroy for 11 years, and certainly didn't come easy. McIlroy won following a dramatic playoff against runner-up Justin Rose, who birdied the 18th hole to force the playoff. A day that will certainly go down in golf history, Nexstar's Andrew Marden sat down with WJBF's Brad Means (who is set to cover his 26th Masters Tournament) to discuss McIlroy's historic performance and the history of Career Grand Slams in professional golf.
